The odd one out here on purpose: this is a heritage mountaineering-style pack, not a technical work bag, and it reads that way in a good office. A fleece-lined 15" laptop sleeve and an internal media pocket with a headphone port cover the basics, while the drawstring-and-lid closure and EVA-padded straps make it comfortable for an all-day carry that isn't strictly about maximizing organization.
It won't out-organize the others here, but it won't look like a "tech bag" either.
