Before buying on Black Friday, confirm the exact model, whether it has noise cancelling, and the battery figure with ANC on.
How we chose and how to read the numbers
This is a watchlist, not a ranking of quality. We pulled Amazon's best-seller order for wireless earbuds from Keepa on Nov 5, 2026, so these are products shoppers are buying right now. Each card shows the star rating and rating count from Amazon shoppers (not from us) and the Amazon sales rank. A lower sales rank number means the item sells more in its Amazon category right now. Rank moves daily and says nothing about sound quality.
We skipped Apple's wired EarPods, an AirPods listing bundled with AppleCare+ that had one rating, and several near-identical generic listings, and we kept one pick from each of several tiers by features: simple, noise cancelling, sport, and Apple. Specs are what each listing says, or what Apple's own pages say where we name them. We could not open the pages for JBL, soundcore, TOZO or JLab, so for those brands we rely on the listing bullets and keep claims modest. Apple AirPods Pro 3 Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation
Who it's for: iPhone owners who want noise cancelling plus Apple extras. The listing mentions heart rate sensing, live translation, and a hearing test. Apple's page states IP57 dust, sweat and water resistance and up to 8 hours of listening with ANC on one charge.
The catch: The listing's "up to 2x" noise cancelling claim is relative to AirPods Pro 2, not to other brands. Several features are marked with asterisks, so check Apple's footnotes for which phone and software you need.
Instead: If you do not need ANC or the health features, look at AirPods 4 below, or a non-Apple option if you use Android.
Worth knowing: Apple's Hearing Aid feature is described as FDA-authorized for adults 18 and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. That is general information, not medical advice.
soundcore P30i by Anker Noise Cancelling Earbuds, Hands-Free Viewing
Who it's for: People who watch videos on a phone while traveling. The case doubles as a phone stand, and the listing states ANC of up to 42dB and Bluetooth 5.4.
The catch: The listing states 6 hours with ANC on a charge, versus 10 hours without. The 42dB figure is the seller's claim and not comparable across brands unless the test method is stated.
Instead: If you want longer ANC battery per charge, check the P31i below, which lists 8 hours with ANC.
JBL Vibe Beam - True Wireless Earbuds - Black
Who it's for: Someone who wants a simple pair with a closed in-ear design, a stated 8 hours in the earbuds and 24 in the case, and ambient modes called Smart Ambient and TalkThru.
The catch: The bullets we saw mention ambient modes but not active noise cancelling, so do not buy this expecting ANC. A closed design blocks some sound passively, which is not the same thing.
Instead: Want ANC from the same brand? Look at the Vibe Beam 2 further down.
TOZO A1 Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.3 Light Weight in Ear Headphones
Who it's for: Small ears or anyone who values low weight. The listing states each earbud weighs 3.7g and gives up to 7 hours per charge and 32 hours with the case.
The catch: The listing describes ENC microphones for calls, which reduce noise for the person you are talking to. It does not list ANC for your own listening.
Instead: If you want ANC at a similar feature level from the same brand, see the TOZO NC9 below.
JBL Vibe Beam 2 - Noise Cancelling Earbuds - Black
Who it's for: People who want JBL's app EQ plus ANC. The listing states 4 microphones for calls and 40 total hours with the case (10 hours in the earbuds).
The catch: The listing says 40 total hours counts three case charges. The bullets do not say how many hours you get with ANC on, so check the maker's page.
Instead: If ANC runtime matters most, compare it against models that state hours with ANC on, like the P31i.
Worth knowing: Rated lower on average than several others here (4.1 stars), though from thousands of shoppers.
soundcore P31i by Anker Translation Earbuds with Real-Time Adaptive ANC
Who it's for: Travelers and language learners. The listing states ANC of up to 52dB, LDAC support, 100+ language AI translation, and 8 hours per charge with ANC on (40 hours with the case).
The catch: LDAC is a high-quality audio format that needs a phone that supports it, and the translation feature depends on the soundcore app. Check both against your phone.
Instead: If you just want ANC and a lower feature count, the P30i above is the simpler option.
Worth knowing: It has fewer ratings than the older best-sellers here, though still over 11,000.
JLab Go Air Pop+ Earbuds, Dual Connect, EQ3 Sound, Black
Who it's for: Android users who want something small. The listing states smaller earbuds and case than earlier versions, Google Fast Pair, and a Be Aware mode that lets outside sound in.
The catch: The bullets we saw list EQ presets and Be Aware, but not ANC. The playtime is stated as 9+ hours per earbud and 26+ extra hours from the case.
Instead: If you need ANC, look at the P30i, NC9 or AirPods options.
TOZO NC9 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds, 60H, LED Display
Who it's for: Commuters who want ANC at a simple feature level. The listing states hybrid ANC with a maximum depth of 45dB, IPX8 water resistance, and 6 microphones for calls.
The catch: The listing states 10 hours with ANC on for one use and 40 hours total with the case. The 45dB figure is the seller's claim, and we could not check it against the maker's page.
Instead: For a smaller, lighter pair without ANC, see TOZO A1 above.
Apple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation
Who it's for: iPhone users who want an open-fit design without ear tips. The listing mentions the H2 chip, Adaptive Audio, Personalized Spatial Audio, and IP54 dust, sweat and water resistance.
The catch: This listing states up to 4 hours with ANC on a charge and up to 20 hours using the case. Also, Apple's AirPods 4 page now presents a newer model name, so confirm which generation you are getting.
Instead: If you want longer ANC time on iPhone, compare AirPods Pro 3 above.
Wireless Earbuds 75H Bluetooth 5.4 Sport Headphones with Earhooks, Black
Who it's for: Runners and gym-goers who want hooks to keep them in place. The listing states earhooks, IPX7 waterproofing, Bluetooth 5.4, up to 15 hours per charge and 75 hours with the case.
The catch: The listing title is generic and the brand is not widely known, so check the return policy and reviews. Its 75 hours is the case-assisted total, not a single listening session.
Instead: If you want a known sports-focused option, search for sport earbuds from major brands and compare IP ratings.
Worth knowing: Rating is from Amazon shoppers; the listing's claims come from the seller.

How to shop earbuds on Black Friday
Earbuds are easy to confuse, so settle these before you buy: (1) Is it the exact model you read about? Apple, JBL and soundcore all sell several similar names, and Apple's own AirPods 4 page now shows a newer model name than the listing title above. (2) Does it have active noise cancelling, or only an ambient mode or microphone noise reduction for calls? (3) What is the playtime with ANC on, earbuds only, versus the case total? (4) What water resistance rating is stated, and is it for the earbuds, the case, or both? (5) Which phone and software do the extra features need?
When a listing says "Black Friday special," compare its model number and bullets with the regular model of the same name. Then use a price history tool and read how to tell a real deal from a fake one. Save the return window and price match terms (return and price matching rules), since earbuds are worn in the ear and fit matters. Do these earbuds have active noise cancelling?
Some do. In this list, AirPods Pro 3, AirPods 4, soundcore P30i and P31i, TOZO NC9 and JBL Vibe Beam 2 list ANC. JBL Vibe Beam, TOZO A1, JLab Go Air Pop+ and the Aptkdoe listing do not list it in the bullets we saw.
What is the difference between ANC and ENC?
ANC reduces outside noise you hear. The TOZO A1 listing describes ENC microphones that reduce background noise for the person on the call, so check which one a listing means.
Is a noise cancelling dB number comparable across brands?
Not reliably. soundcore, TOZO and others state dB figures in their own listings with no shared test method given, so use them as rough hints.
How long do AirPods Pro 3 last?
Apple's page states up to 8 hours of listening with Active Noise Cancellation on a single charge. Apple also states up to 10 hours in Transparency with the Hearing Aid feature.
Which earbuds here have the longest stated ANC playtime?
Among listings that state it, the TOZO NC9 says 10 hours with ANC on a single use. AirPods Pro 3 and soundcore P31i say 8 hours, per their own pages and listings.
Are any of these good for running?
The Aptkdoe listing states earhooks and IPX7 waterproofing, and the TOZO NC9 lists IPX8. AirPods Pro 3 lists IP57 on Apple's page. Fit matters, so check the return window.
Should I buy AirPods or a cheaper brand?
It depends on your phone and features. AirPods integrate with Apple devices, while several others here work with any phone. Compare ANC hours, ratings and return rules, not price alone.
How do I know a Black Friday earbuds deal is real?

The soundcore, JBL, TOZO and JLab listings are not Apple-only. The JLab listing mentions Google Fast Pair, and AirPods features are designed around Apple devices, so check Apple's page.
